On the Rainbow Mountain Tour, You will wake up early to enjoy this natural marvel at its best. Between 3:30am and 4:00am we will collect you from your hotel. The, we will drive for around two hours to Cusipata town where we will then stop for breakfast. After, we continue driving to Llacto community (4,630 m), where the trailhead is located. Your guide will explaining the safety and instruction for your hike.

It takes 1,20 hours walking to reach the view point of the Rainbow Mountain, the path goes gradual ascending until the last section that is step. Along the way the views become more dramatic as you approach the mountain of the seven colours. Upon arrival to thew Rainbow Mountain 5,036 m / 16,522 ft, you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the vibrant colors, the glacier of Ausangate Mountain and surrounding landscapes. Breathe deeply and enjoy the magical moment.

Your guide will explain the maeaning of each colors that can be appreciate, such as; red, pink, turquoise and yellow. Explore the area and capture the best photos before the crowds arrive. Additionally, we hike to Red Valley, it takes 30 minutes walking to arrive the viewpoint, this is another highlight of the tour, enjoy the spectacular extensive red valley. After, we back to our bus to drive to Cusipata to enjoy the delicious lunch. Finally, we drive back to Cusco.
